Everyone Can’t Be in Your Front Row
I did not type this! But I felt it was too inspirational not to share. Enjoy.
Life is a theater. Invite your audience carefully! Not everyone is holy enough nor healthy enough to have a front row seat in our lives. There are some people in your life that need to be loved from a distance. It’s amazing what you can accomplish when you let go or at least minimize your time with draining, negative, incompatible, not-going-anywhere people/friendships/fellowships, etc.
| Observe the relationships around you. Pay close attention to: | |
| 01) | Which ones lift and which ones lean. |
| 02) | Which ones encourage and which ones discourage. |
| 03) | Which ones are on a path to climbing uphill and which ones are tumbling downhill. |
When you leave certain people, do you feel better or worse without having them around?
Figure out which ones always have drama and/or don’t really understand, know and appreciate you for who you really are. Let alone recognize the gift that lies within you.
Find a solace! Seek God! Seek change!
The more you seek growth, peace of mind, love, truth, positive surroundings and things honorable; the easier it will become for you to decide who gets to sit in the front row and who should be moved to the balcony of your life, your theater!
You cannot change the people around you, but you can change the people who you choose to be around!
Ask God for the wisdom to know the difference and recognize it!
